Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. operates this store and website at CarLotSupplies.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). CarLotSupplies.com is owned and operated by Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc., a registered Oregon corporation, and is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.

Section 1 — Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services — including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer — you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 — Our Products

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to device type and display settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted in our online stores.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of any products we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3 — Orders and Resale

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment is successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email, mail, or phone using the contact details provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Resale and Dealer Use Permitted. Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. is a wholesale and dealer-supply business. You may purchase our products for use in your own auto dealership, body shop, repair facility, or other business operation, and you may resell our products through your business in the ordinary course. If you are a tax-exempt reseller, please email a current resale certificate to customerservice@carlotsupplies.com for tax-exempt status on future orders.

$50 Minimum Order Value. We maintain a $50 minimum order value (MOV) policy. Customers with a cart subtotal below $50 will not be able to proceed to checkout. This policy is also disclosed on the cart page and in our Shipping Policy.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. Prices may vary from those offered in physical stores or third-party marketplaces.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 5 — Handling and Shipping

All orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (our handling window). Once the carrier takes possession of the package, transit time is determined by the carrier (typically FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and is not guaranteed by Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio on the Services are owned by Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc., its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. Any unauthorized use, including reproduction or redistribution of our content without permission, is prohibited.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

You may be provided with access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. shall have no liability for your use of optional third-party tools.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy. Access these at your own risk. Please review each site’s terms and privacy policies before engaging in any transaction.

Section 9 — Dealer Resource Center Disclaimer

The forms, calculators, articles, and other materials provided in our Dealer Resource Center (the “Resources”) are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Resources. Use is at your own risk. Always consult qualified professionals before relying on any form or document.

Section 10 — Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All sales and transactions are between you and Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc.; Shopify is not responsible for product performance or issues arising from such sales.

Section 11 - AI in Site Development

Angies Auto Supplies used AI tools during the development of this website, including AI-assisted generation of images and select written content (such as blog articles, product descriptions, and supporting copy). All published content is reviewed by our team for accuracy, but the Services are provided as is (see Section 17 below). If you spot anything that looks incorrect, please email customerservice@carlotsupplies.com and we'll fix it.

AI tools also power certain features of our separate Mobile Master Mechanic mobile app. Use of that app is subject to its own Terms of Service available within the app and at carlotsupplies.com/pages/terms-of-service-mobile-master-mechanic.

Section 12 — Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, your information is also subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Section 13 — Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such Feedback.

Section 14 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders based on incorrect information, including after an order is submitted.

Section 15 — Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include transmitting malware, violating laws, infringing intellectual property, harassing others, sending spam, or engaging in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

We may terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Sections on Intellectual Property, Feedback, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Section 18 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

Section 19 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc., Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Section 21 — Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement.

Section 22 — Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without notice.

Section 23 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and venue shall lie in Marion County, Oregon.

Section 24 — Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 25 — Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with the revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 26 — SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your phone number when you place an order or create an account, you consent to receive text messages from Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. for order updates, shipping notifications, customer service, and occasional marketing messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future marketing messages (you may still receive important transactional texts). Reply HELP for help. We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. You can also update your preferences or opt out in your account settings.
