Delete Your Mobile Master Mechanic Account

Permanently remove your account and all associated personal data from the Mobile Master Mechanic mobile app.

What this page is for

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Mobile Master Mechanic account and all personal data we hold about you. This is the page referenced in the Google Play Data safety declaration and Apple App Store privacy disclosure for our app.

Two ways to delete your account

1. From inside the app (fastest): Open Mobile Master Mechanic → tap Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account → confirm three times. Your account and all data are permanently removed within 30 days.

2. By submitting the form below: If you cannot access the app, fill in your account email and we will verify and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (email, display name, password hash)
  • All vehicles you saved in your Garage
  • All diagnostic sessions, work orders, and chat history
  • All photos you uploaded
  • All open jobs and saved parts lists
  • Any analytics events tied to your account

What may be retained

  • Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked to you (used for app performance)
  • Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing records for tax purposes — up to 7 years)
  • Records held by third parties we don’t control: Apple App Store / Google Play purchase history (request deletion via Apple or Google directly), payment processors (subject to their retention policies)

Request account deletion

What happens after you submit

  1. Within 24 hours: We acknowledge your request by email and verify your identity (so the wrong person can’t delete your account).
  2. You reply to that verification email confirming you want to proceed.
  3. Within 30 days: We permanently delete your account, vehicles, diagnoses, work orders, photos, and all linked data.
  4. Final confirmation email: You receive an email confirming the deletion is complete.
