Ordering & Account
Do I need a dealer account to order?
No — anyone can order from CarLotSupplies.com. Tax-exempt resellers can submit a resale certificate to customerservice@carlotsupplies.com for tax-exempt status on future orders.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We maintain a $50 minimum order value (MOV) before tax and shipping. Orders below $50 will be blocked at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Net-30 terms are available for established dealers — contact us to apply.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (our handling window). Once shipped, transit time is determined by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and depends on your destination — typically 2–7 business days for standard ground delivery within the contiguous US.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international shipping, contact us at customerservice@carlotsupplies.com for a custom quote.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.
What if my order arrives damaged or lost?
Once a package is in the carrier's possession, transit damage and loss claims are filed with the carrier. Email customerservice@carlotsupplies.com with photos and we'll guide you through the claim.
Custom Imprint & Personalized Items
What's the lead time for custom-printed items?
Custom license plate inserts, frames, custom banners, and other personalized items typically take 12–16 weeks after artwork approval. Stock items ship within our standard 1–3 day handling window.
Are custom-printed items returnable?
No — custom-imprinted and personalized items are made to order and final sale. Please review your artwork proof carefully before approving production.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You have 90 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number.
How do I start a return?
Email customerservice@carlotsupplies.com with your order number to receive an RA number and return instructions.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns that meet our return criteria.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
How long until I see my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Bulk Orders & Kits
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — many of our supplies are priced with built-in dealer pricing. For large orders (typically 500+ units), email customerservice@carlotsupplies.com for a custom quote.
What are your kits?
