Data Deletion Request

This page lets you request that Angie's Auto Supplies Inc. delete your account and associated personal data. This applies to our online store at carlotsupplies.com, the Mobile Master Mechanic mobile app, or both.

We honor data deletion requests for all users, regardless of where you live or which laws apply to you.


Submit a deletion request

Fill out the form below. We'll email you a confirmation within 24 hours. Once you reply to that confirmation email, we'll permanently delete your account and data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as billing records).

Optional. Tell us if you have multiple email addresses, an account under a different name, or any special instructions.

After you submit, you'll see a confirmation message at the top of this page. We'll email you within 24 hours to verify your identity. Reply to that email to authorize the deletion.


Faster path: delete app data immediately from inside the app

If you only want to wipe your Mobile Master Mechanic app data (without deleting your account), you can do it instantly from inside the app — no email required:

  1. Open Mobile Master Mechanic on your phone.
  2. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon, bottom right).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Reset App / Delete All My Data.
  4. Confirm both prompts.

This immediately erases all vehicles, diagnoses, work orders, photos, points, and rewards. The reset is permanent and there is no undo.

To also delete your account record itself, tap Delete Account (right next to Reset). You'll be asked to confirm three times before the deletion is processed.


What happens after we receive your request

  1. Within 24 hours: We email you to acknowledge receipt and verify your identity (so we don't delete the wrong person's data).
  2. You reply to that email confirming you want to proceed.
  3. Within 30 days: We permanently delete the data you requested, except where retention is required by law (billing records, fraud investigations, active legal holds).
  4. We email you again to confirm the deletion is complete.

What is not deleted by these requests

  • Records held by third parties we do not control:
    • Apple App Store or Google Play purchase history (request deletion via Apple/Google directly)
    • Payment processors such as Shopify Payments and Stripe (billing data subject to their retention policies)
    • Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
  • Public reviews or ratings you may have left on Google Play or third-party sites — request these directly with the platform.

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA, including the right to receive confirmation of deletion in writing. We honor these requests for all users regardless of region.
