Refund policy

At Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and want every dealer and customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 90 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us before shipping the item back. Returns received without an RA number cannot be processed.
To initiate a return, email customerservice@carlotsupplies.com with your order number, and we will issue your RA number along with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank’s processing times.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on standard returns that meet the eligibility criteria above.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (for example, you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any item over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to handle an exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product. This avoids any inventory holds and gets your replacement to you sooner.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at customerservice@carlotsupplies.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
Note: Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, transit damage claims must generally be filed with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). See our Shipping Policy for details.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Custom-printed or personalized products (custom license plate frames, custom imprint banners, custom decals, branded forms, custom flags, etc.). These are made to order and cannot be resold.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Items returned more than 90 days after delivery.
- Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
$50 Minimum Order Value
All purchases are subject to our $50 minimum order value (MOV) policy. Orders must have a cart subtotal of $50 or more (before tax and shipping) at checkout. For full details, see our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.
