Thank you for shopping with Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. The following terms outline our shipping practices and policies for orders placed on CarLotSupplies.com, owned and operated by Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc., a registered Oregon corporation.

Order Handling Time

All orders are processed and handed to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This is our handling window before the package leaves our warehouse or one of our supplier warehouses.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, handling may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email.

Carrier Transit Time

Once your order ships, transit time is determined by the carrier (typically FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other ground carriers) and varies based on your destination, the carrier's network, and external factors such as weather, holidays, or service disruptions. Standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment, but exact transit times depend on the carrier and the distance to your address.

You will receive carrier tracking information by email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

$50 Minimum Order Value

We maintain a $50 minimum order value (MOV) policy.

  • Orders must have a cart subtotal of $50 or more (before tax and shipping) to proceed to checkout.
  • Orders below $50 will be blocked at checkout.
  • This policy is also disclosed in our Terms of Service.

Total time = handling window (1–3 business days) + carrier transit time. Transit time is determined by the carrier and is not guaranteed by Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc.

Multiple Shipments

To provide you with the most comprehensive product catalog, we ship from multiple supplier warehouses across the United States. If your order includes items from different suppliers, it may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive a separate shipment confirmation and tracking number for each package.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, please contact us at customerservice@carlotsupplies.com for a custom quote.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Angie’s Auto Supplies Inc. is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and email customerservice@carlotsupplies.com so we can help guide you through the process.

Tip: Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim — carriers typically require photos and the original packaging.
