Where do I track my order?

Log into your account on carlotsupplies.com and check the Orders tab. You'll also get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse.

How does the bulk dealer discount work?

Orders of 600+ items get an automatic 7% discount applied at checkout. No code needed. For larger or recurring bulk orders, email support and we'll set up a custom dealer pricing tier.

When does the Mobile Master Mechanic app launch?

We're in pre-launch right now. Reserve your spot on the MMM page and you'll be notified the day we drop on the App Store and Google Play.

What's the return policy?

Most products can be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Custom-printed items and bulk orders have a separate policy — email support@carlotsupplies.com with your order number and we'll help.
